Data access & deletion requests

The fastest way

Most of this is instant and needs no request at all. From your account dashboard you can export everything we hold as a JSON file, delete any child profile, and change every privacy preference.

Formal requests

You can ask us to confirm what we hold about your family, correct anything wrong, delete the account entirely, or restrict how we use it.

We verify that the request genuinely comes from the account holder before acting — otherwise the process itself would be a security hole. We respond within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What we cannot delete

Order records must be kept for seven years under Australian tax law, and consent records are retained as evidence of lawful basis. Everything else goes.
