Orders

An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email, not when payment is authorised. If we cannot fulfil an order we will refund it in full and tell you why.

Purchases must be made by a person aged 18 or over using their own payment method.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery is shown before you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and will always contact you before charging a different amount.

Cancelling and returns

You may return any unused physical item in its original packaging within 60 days for a full refund. Digital downloads cannot be refunded once downloaded, but if a file will not open we will fix it or refund you.

None of this affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
