Using the site

You may browse, watch, read and download our free activities for your own family’s personal, non-commercial use.

Accounts must be held by a person aged 18 or over. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.

Our content and characters

Olli, Waffle, the episodes, stories, artwork, music and all associated characters and designs belong to us. You may not reproduce, sell, or create merchandise from them, and you may not use them to train machine-learning systems, without our written permission.

Printables may be printed as many times as you like for your own family, a classroom, or a library storytime. They may not be sold.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it at volume, or submit anything unlawful through the review or contact forms.

Changes

If we materially change these terms we will increase the policy version and ask account holders to agree again, rather than quietly relying on your agreement to a document that no longer exists.
