How long it takes and how to send it back.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within one to two business days. Standard delivery across Australia takes two to five business days. Delivery is $7.95, and free on orders over $60.

We ship to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States and Canada. International delivery takes seven to fourteen business days and is quoted at checkout.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us, and it also appears in your family dashboard.

Returns

Sixty days, unused, in the original packaging. Start a return from your dashboard or just email us. We refund to the original payment method within five business days of receiving the item.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photograph and we will replace it immediately — you do not need to send the damaged one back.
